We need to see the design from the customer first, and the stickers must be removable type only. After the job is finished, if there is any damage such as scratches or paint peeling, the customer will be responsible for the repair costs.

We can provide service throughout Thailand.

First, our team will find the nearest repair shop and send a mechanic to carry out initial repairs so the bus can continue and drop off customers. If our technicians assess that it cannot be repaired, we will immediately send a new bus to replace it.

Food is allowed, but customers must collect and dispose of trash properly. Normal beverages are allowed, except alcoholic drinks. If there is any vomiting or spilled drinks, the company reserves the right to charge a cleaning fee.

1 driver per bus. For long-distance trips, there will be 2 drivers.

Yes. They receive regular training on operations and service every quarter.

We conduct random alcohol testing every day before departure, and regular drug testing as well.

After the customer sends back the signed quotation to our team and transfers a 50% deposit, the bus will be booked immediately once our team confirms that a bus is available for the requested dates.

Customers can cancel the booking up to 7 days before the travel date. For postponements on the same route, the trip can be postponed for up to 3 months. If it is postponed longer than that, a new quotation may be required.

If the off-route distance (round trip) does not exceed 30 km, there is no extra charge. If it exceeds that distance, an additional service charge will apply and will be recalculated.

Customers can use the bus for up to 10 hours per day. Beyond that, overtime is charged at 500 THB per hour. In cases of force majeure, such as severe traffic congestion or natural disasters, overtime charges will not apply.

You can find all our contact information on the Contact Us page.
